For the fourth year in a row, Corporate Office Property Trust (NYSE: OFC) received a “Best In The Industry” ranking for its customer service from a major consumer satisfaction researcher.

CEL & Associates Inc., the nation’s largest surveyor of tenant satisfaction within the real estate industry, presented Corporate Office with its 2007 National Commercial Real Estate Customer Service Award for Excellence among companies with more than 100 properties. CEL also bestowed “A List” Awards on 130 individual Corporate Office properties around the country. The “A List” Awards reflect high ratings across a variety of service categories, including quality of management services and responsiveness and follow-through.
