On April 10, two leading commercial property companies in Europe announced their intention to combine to create a pan-European company. The new venture formed by Rodamco Europe NV, which has headquarters in the Netherlands, and Unibail Holding SA, a France-based company, will be a merger of equals, according to their joint press release.
