The REITCafé's Anatole Pevnev is now hitting his stride, still in the lead for the 2006 Real Estate Portfolio Stock Challenge with a 26.56 percent total return and a portfolio that has worked well for him, including Kimco Realty Corporation (NYSE: KIM) and Post Properties, Inc (NYSE: PPS). However, as the challenge rounds on its final months the four runners-up continue to flip-flop. At press time, Jay Leupp with Alesco Global Advisors had pushed ahead of Peter Slatin, Stephanie Krewson, Ralph Block and Art Havener.
