Registration fees include educational sessions, Wednesday Opening Reception, Thursday Reception, refreshment breaks, Thursday and Friday breakfasts, and Thursday luncheon.

Please note: Because these events are exclusive to NAREIT attendees and their guests, should the minimums not be met for each activity, each one is subject to cancellation. Should cancellation occur, or an event becomes sold out, you will be placed on your second option event.
Conference Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing to kbahny@nareit.com. Full conference refunds will be issued for cancellations received prior to March 10, 2006, less a $100 processing fee.
No refunds will be granted after March 10, 2006.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
NAREIT requires a one night, non-refundable deposit paid to the hotel at time of reservation. To cancel your entire hotel reservation, please contact Luis Rimoli at lrimoli@cs.com or 305.948.6345, x22. Do not call the hotel directly.
Attire
Business casual clothing (slacks, khakis, open-collared shirts, lightweight sweaters) is appropriate for all the educational sessions during the conference. Weather should be warm with an average high of 85 degrees and an average low of 55 degrees. A light jacket is recommended for the evenings.
